These shipping conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop Forgd. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping conditions.

Production Time

At Forgd, all products are individually made to order using 3D printing technology. Production begins immediately after the order is received. Due to the customized production process, the manufacturing time varies depending on the order volume and complexity of the product. We aim to ship all orders within 1-5 days of receiving the order. We will inform you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the ordered products as well as the destination country of the delivery. The exact shipping costs will be displayed before completing the order in the shopping cart.

Delivery Times

After shipping, the delivery time is usually 3-5 working days within Germany. For international shipments, the delivery time varies depending on the destination. Please note that there may be delays beyond our control.

Delivery Restrictions

Shipping is only possible to addresses in the countries we serve. A list of countries to which we deliver can be found on our website.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery online.

Damaged Deliveries

If you receive a damaged delivery, please report this to us immediately and mark the package as damaged upon receipt. Please keep all packaging materials as proof, and contact us for further steps.

Returns

Please refer to our cancellation policy for information on returns. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
